Author:DEEP BLUE PUMP

Dalian Deep Blue Pump's low-temperature slurry pump has been successfully deployed in a 1.6-million-ton/year petrochemical aromatics complex, maintaining stable operation for over two years. This marks the first domestic application of its kind and represents the world's largest low-temperature slurry pump for crystallization-based PX production units.
Slurry pumps operate under complex mechanical stresses and face severe risks of blockage, particle accumulation, and erosion and corrosion from medium sedimentation. Dalian Deep Blue Pump established a specialized technical team to tackle these challenges, achieving critical breakthroughs in hydraulic design, structural engineering, manufacturing, and assembly. The pump is currently performing well overall.

The pump's flow rate is the largest process flow parameter globally for low-temperature PX production, breaking the monopoly of imported equipment and creating a "China Core." This achievement was selected for the China Petroleum and Petrochemical Equipment Industry Association's Localization Excellent Practice Cases Collection. DEEP BLUE PUMP will continue to deepen its focus on R&D and innovation, building a world-class brand for international expansion.
